Islamic Relief Worldwide – Lebanon Office Re- advertised TENDER NOTICE – Winterization 2017/2018 WIN0012017 Sealed tenders are invited by Islamic Relief Lebanon, for the supply of winterization items for the year 2017/2018. Seven items are included in the tender; food parcels, hygiene kits, plastic sheet, carpets, mattresses, blankets and kitchen set which on satisfactory services may be extended further. Supplier can apply to one, more than one or all the items in the tender. The order can be divided to more than one supplier. Deadline of submission of Tender: 13.09.2017 at 15:00 Hrs. Tender document can be collected from the Islamic relief office at Sharhabyil, Jayesh Street, Jamal Zareef Building 5 1st Floor or by requesting the documents through email on: Procurement@islamicrelief-leb.org Or can be downloaded from the website: www.islamicrelief-lb.org Suppliers meeting the eligibility requirements below can contact the Procurement Department on 07731022 and 07721966 ext. 111 and 112 between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM except weekend. Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for consideration of this tender, a tenderer should meet the following requirements: Company Registered and has a financial number and VAT number. Flexible in payments. Has a working experience in the requested items. Samples of items will be requested from the shortlisted suppliers only. Clear quotation stamped and signed by the company name. Has a bank account by the company name (same as company name used to apply to tender) and can receive external bank transfer. Delivery cost must be mentioned on the quotation. Not quotation will be accepted through email, please submit them to the office (address above, sealed and stamped).
