CONTRACT The purpose of this tender is to construct a 500 m³ water reservoir in Hay el Selom, Beirut - Lebanon as part of the Wash/Shelter Intersos activities in Mount Lebanon. Incomplete pricing or inconsistent offers will not be taken in consideration. Intersos reserves the right to proceed with the awarding of the contract in case if only one valid and compliant offer was received. 7. EVALUATION CRITERTIA Administrative, technical and economical. 8. AWARDING CRITERIA The work contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced offer among administratively and technically compliant offers. 9.
