A mandatory site visit will be offered for interested tenderers on 10 July 2017 for Lot 1 (Tripoli Batroun) and 11 July 2017 for Lot 2 and 3 (Menyeh Danniyeh Zgharta Akkar). The meeting point for the site visit is the Office address, meeting time is 8 AM. EVALUATION PROCESS The evaluation of the tenderers will be based on the following: Experience of the tenderer in similar work (list of similar activities), time of implementation, site visit participation, recommendation letters, company profile, quality of filling out the tender documents, the quality of the submittals etc. Financial offers which exceed or underprice the fair market estimated costs will be excluded from further evaluation Offers which exceed or under match our estimated time of implementation will be excluded from the tender. The set deadline for finishing the construction work is 15 September 2017.
