CONSTRUCTION NEW AND REPAIR EXISTING WATER AND SANITATION FACILITIES IN 10 PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN AKKAR AND T5 Lot 1: Tripoli, Batroun schools (Hay al nazha Public school, Loukman KG Public School, Qobbe mixed Public school, Al Fadila Public school for boys, Hamat Public school) Lot 2: Minyeh, Danniyeh, Zgharta schools (Watyeh Public school, Bet al fakes Public school, Ein Al tine Public school, Hraykes mixed Public school) Lot 3: Akkar School (Zouk al habasle Public school) Deadline: Thursday 13 July 2017 at 2:00 pm INVITATION TO TENDER Tankamel Sawa, a Lebanese Humanitarian organization supported by arche noVa a German international humanitarian organization funded by German Corporation is seeking to engage contractors construct new and repair existing water and sanitation services in the above mentioned 10 public schools. The invitation to tender “AN/ITB/2017/006” documents will provide all relevant bill of quantities, design and drawings, TDS and tender dossier in soft copy ”CD” between 30 June and 13 July during office hours from 8AM until 5 PMat the following address: Tankamel Sawa office Corniche El Mina, on the opposite of Dado Land and next to Fresco, Nakhle Building, 2nd floor Email address: tankamelsawa@gmail.com Please note the followings: Registration proof of your company is mandatory. A mandatory site visit will be offered for interested tenderers on 10 July 2017 for Lot 1 (Tripoli Batroun) and 11 July 2017 for Lot 2 and 3 (Menyeh Danniyeh Zgharta Akkar). The meeting point for the site visit is the Office address, meeting time is 8 AM. EVALUATION PROCESS The evaluation of the tenderers will be based on the following: Experience of the tenderer in similar work (list of similar activities), time of implementation, site visit participation, recommendation letters, company profile, quality of filling out the tender documents, the quality of the submittals etc. Financial offers which exceed or underprice the fair market estimated costs will be excluded from further evaluation Offers which exceed or under match our estimated time of implementation will be excluded from the tender. The set deadline for finishing the construction work is 15 September 2017.
