World Vision Lebanon - Invitation To Tender: Rehabilitation Of 15 Water Treatment Stations In South Lebanon

World Vision Lebanon is an International NGO working to create lasting changes in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty in Lebanon. As part of our development project, we are supporting the Water Corporation South Lebanon (SLWE) (مؤسسة مياه لبنان الجنوبي) in the rehabilitation of 15 Water Treatment Stations. The stations are located as following: 1. Al tayiba Main 2. Al tayiba (#2) 3. Ayteet 4. Abar Tafahta 5. Al Bazouriyeh 6. Majdel Silm 7. Maghdoushi (#1) 8. Al Bas Sour Station 9. Ras el Ain 10. Sadikayn 11. Tanbourit 12. Nab3 El Taseh 13. Nab3 kfarwa 14. Harat Sayda Al Koubra 15. Al fouwar Interested contractors are cordially invited to bid for the rehabilitation works required. Each water station has a separate bill of quantities & a map locating each station. The Tender documents shall include all of the below, and shall be sent to our offices in Mansourieh (address mentioned below) not later than 27th of January 2014 at 11:00 am: Bidding company/ contractor should provide the below documents in a Sealed Envelope with the Tender Subject mentioned from outside: · The attached 15 BOQs filled & stamped each along with the maps · Commercial Register (of the company) سجل تجاري · Execution plan (framework) for each station · The amount of LBP 1,500,000 as a Bid bond for the submitting of Tender (Amount refundable to un-chosen bidders) · The names & title of the Engineers that will be part of the implementation team · List of previous similar works executed by the bidding company / contractor A bank guarantee will be requested from the hired contractor.
