World Vision Lebanon is an International NGO working to create lasting changes in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty in Lebanon. As part of our development projects and relief interventions, we are working on an EU funded project to support the Water & Sanitation in Bekaa with the coordination of Bekaa Water Establishment. For this, we are in need to hire a professional consultant (engineering firms or individual engineer) to support the design & implementation of this project. This consultancy service requires substantial experience in design, supervision and construction management for water utilities. Attached is a detailed Terms of Reference.
