Neighbourhoods mobilised to meet emergency WASH and Shelter needs 11CCV SUPPLIER FOR CONSTRUCTION AND SANITATION SUPPLIES INVITATION TO PREQUALIFY Tender Ref. No. T/11CCV/X44/UPG/WRH/BRT/10-08-2015/001 ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development), implementing the project “Neighborhoods mobilized to meet emergency WASH and Shelter needs” under [ECHO] funding is inviting Suppliers for construction and sanitation supplies to submit applications for the prequalification for the supplies summarized below. ACTED invites Suppliers to submit an application for prequalification to supply construction and sanitation materials using a voucher system: Suppliers should have store locations within these zones for supply of materials: Beirut Southern Suburbs (Jnah, Chiyah, El Madina El Riyadiya, Ouzai, Cite Sportive) area as well as Lower Metn (Nabaa, Borj Hamoud, Dawra, Dekwaneh) area and Upper Jbeil (Tartij) area. The prequalification will be conducted using ACTED standard prequalification documents, open to all qualified Suppliers. The application documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested applicants at the following addresses: - ACTED representative office in Beirut, Ashrafieh, Damascus Street, Eshmoun Bldg, 8th and 9th Floor Or can be downloaded from the ACTED website at www.acted.org under the section “Tenders” Or can be downloaded from the daleel-madani.org website at www.daleel-madani.org under the section “Call for proposal” Potential applicants are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present prequalification process and/or the application documents. A prequalification information session will be organized on 20/08/2015 at 2pmin ACTED representative office in Beirut, Ashrafieh, Damascus Street, Eshmoun Bldg, 8th Floor. Participation of interested applicants to the information session is preferable but not compulsory. All applications must be submitted before on 31 August at 5pm at the addresses mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail at lebanon.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late applications will be automatically rejected. ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the applicants in connection with the preparation and submission of their applications to ACTED. A prequalification opening session will take place on 01/09/2015 at 10am in the ACTED representative office in Beirut, Ashrafieh, Damascus Street, Eshmoun Bldg, 8th Floor.
