INVITATION TO TENDER 1. Tender Purpose: NRC is seeking to establish for 2016-2017 an LTA (Long Term Agreement) with a company that supplies HYGIENE KITS. 2. Tender Documents: The Invitation to Tender “ITB” documents will provide all relevant information in details, including BOQ, date, time, pre-bid meeting date, and place for the submission of the Tender, and can be requested from 24 till 29th of June either: BY email from the e-mail addresses: Mohamad Zeinedine (mohamad.zeinedine@nrc.no) AND Shadi Al Hawwash (shadi.alhawwash@nrc.no). Or bidders can pick-up in person the “ITB” documents from Logistics Department of NRC Beirut office (Ain el-Mreisseh, Kennedy Street, Ayad Building 1st floor) from 8:00AM to 2:00PM, noting that the closing date for the tender is Thursday 7th of July 2016 at 1:00 PM hours.
