CARE first established a mission in Lebanon in 2006 and in April 2013 further enhanced its presence in Lebanon in order to address needs of the refugee population and host communities due to the current situation. CARE International in Lebanon is currently running a project of winterization assistanceand one of the project activities is Supply and Distribute Gas Heaterstargeting 1,250 families in urban areas in Tripoli and Beirut. As the winter season has already started in Lebanon and the severe cold is expected to start from the beginning of December, CARE is aiming to supply and distribute the Gas heaters for the beneficiaries before mid of December 2016. Following this, your entity is invited to submit an offer for “Supply and deliver Gas Heaters 201611/05/201611PRN#012”. In order to submit a complying quotation, you should complete all documents in Annex I. This includes: 1) Annex I Appendix A:“Proof of Company Registration” Official Registration Documents 2) Annex I Appendix B:“Contractors References”The details of the names, address and contact telephone of three (3) clients for whom the same type of services were provided in various and disperse geographic locations. Note that only budgets in US Dollars will be accepted and this part to be separated from the technical proposal for submission. Scope of work: CARE is looking for a vendor that supply and deliver 1,250 Gas heaters as follow: 1,000 Gas heaters to Tripoli 250 Gas heaters to Beirut CARE will sign Supply and Delivery contract with the awarded vendor. The vendor must Confirm that the requested quantities are available in the stock. The requested quantities will be kept in the vendor’s warehouse and will be delivered as per delivery plan that will be shared later with the awarded vendor [not more than 10 distribution times and before the end of December]. The requested heaters should have the following specifications: Full Body with auto ignition 3 heat settings, ODS and casters for easy movements with regulator and hose included. As per European Standards Offer Submission: The vendor must insure and provide all the requested documents in the Annexes and submit his offered price. In addition to the requested documents, a catalogue (if any) and sample of the Gas heater must be provided up-on submission the offers for CARE procurement team inspections. The samples will be returned within 5 working days from the date of awarding the contract. The submitted prices must include 10% VAT. In case the vendor is not subject to VAT, he must submit a declaration letter stating that he is not registered to VAT. The offers must be submitted in US dollars only.
