Request For Proposal #bey/2016/004 For External Evaluation – Drc Lebanon Dfid Program

As part of the Department for International Development of the United Kingdom (DFID) project with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) under the title: "Multi Sector Humanitarian Assistance to Conflict Affected Populations in Syria and Lebanon", DRC has started preparing to conduct an endline assessment and undertake a project evaluation of the twoyear project as a whole. This will focus on the second year of implementation (in Lebanon only), to identify lessons for the next project. The key objectives of the evaluation are: • To conduct an end-line assessment with approximately 500 randomly selected Households in collective sites managed by DRC Lebanon. The endline assessment findings will be one data source for analysing the impact of the project in the final evaluation report • To review whether programme outcomes and impact have been achieved • To review whether programme outputs and activities implementation improved after the release of the mid-term evaluation recommendations • To provide concrete, actionable recommendations to inform planning of the DfID proposal to follow The Request for Proposal documentation with detailed requirements can be collected from DRC Offices Danish Refugee Council, 7th Floor, 140 Freiha Building, Mar Mitr Street, Opposite St. Dimitrios Church, Achrafieh – Beirut - Lebanon, or canbe provided by email at: Procurement@drclebanon.dk.
