INVITATION TO TENDER 1. Description of the Project: As part of NRC’s 2016-17 ECHO-funded programme, NRC will support 3,000 families with weatherproofing kits across 29 sites in Arsal,Lebanon. This shelter support will assist families that are currently all living in Self-Built Shelters (SBS) in the Informal Tented Settlements (ITS). In past years, kits had been distributed to these ITSs by other agencies, but at the request of the UNHCR-led shelter working group in the Bekaa, NRC will be supporting 3,000 families in preparation for the 2016-17 winter season. The updated kit content was produced through consultation with both refugees and UNHCR and aims to provide shelter support in a more efficient, effective and accepted manner. 2. Tender Purpose: NRC is seeking to establish for 2016-2017 an LTA (Long Term Agreement) with a company that supplies Sealing off materials (Hardware and Timber). 3.
