Request For Proposal (Rfp) For Provision Of Office Catering Supplies

The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women’s empowerment, economic recovery and development and education. The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for the provision "Office Catering Supplies" for establishing a Master Service Agreement for over the course of one (1) year. The RFP with detailed requirements can be collected from IRC Office in Beirut, located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafiye from May 25, 2016. Contact person for RFP collection is Ms. Sahar El Hassen. Office hours are 9:00 am - 4:00 pm. The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “IRC - Office Catering Supplies" and hand delivered to the same address before 16:00 on June 27, 2016 (extended deadline). No proposal will be accepted after this time.
