Toubia Aoun Downtown Beirut, Lebanon ldfprocurement@worldlearning.org Dear Sir/Madam: World Learning’s Leaders for Democracy fellowship program is a MEPI funded program that strives to provide emerging and mid-career civic leaders from the Middle East and North Africa with the opportunity to complete an academic training at the American University of Beirut (AUB) and gain relevant professional experience within a practicum host organization in Beirut, Lebanon. As a part of its program implementation the project requires accommodation for 25 fellows in Hamra (walking distance to AUB) as well as a conference room once a week every Friday for eight weeks. The RFQ details are as follows: - Number of Persons for Accommodations: 25 - Type of Rooms Preferred: Prefer accommodations that can house two persons. Would consider suites than can house two or more persons. Each room should have a kitchenette. - Meals: Please note if breakfast is included in the price of accommodations for the 92 days or, if breakfast can be provided but for an additional charge. If there is a charge, please note the daily cost. - Catering Requirements: Light coffee break including coffee, tea, water, juice and biscuits for eight one day conferences - IT Requirements for Conference Rooms: Projector, Sound system, WIFI access - Seating Configuration in Conference Rooms: Roundtable, or U-Shape. - Location: Hamra, Beirut Dates Required (Check-in Check Out): Check In 16 July 2016 Check Out 16 October 2016 Number of Nights 92 Nights Number of Conference Rooms Required/Days Required: 1 conference room required, every Friday for eight Fridays started Friday, August 26 ending Friday, October 14, 2016 Submitting Offers The Bid Form to be filled is available by sending an email to: LDFprocurement@worldlearning.org The interested vendors are invited to fill out Annex 2 Bid Form (all three pages) completely and accurately and submit it as a scanned copy by Email to the above address by the deadline of: Friday, March 18, 2016 at 4:00pm.
