The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women’s empowerment, economic recovery and development and education. The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for providingTraining on Boat repair and maintenance. The RFP with detailed requirements can be collected from September 16, 2015 from IRC Offices, opening hours are 9:00 am - 4:00pm. The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “IRC - Proposal Training on Boat repair and maintenance" and hand delivered to the either addresses before 16:00 on September 28, 2015. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
