Supplies/Services to be provided Concern Worldwide office of Halba invites all suppliers to participate in tendering for Medical Insurance coverage for about 60 staffs. The cover should be for In-Hospital, Ambulatory out (Co-Nil at 100% or 85%), Prescribed Medicines out and Doctor Visits out الإمدادات/ الخدمات التي ستُقدم يدعو مكتب كونسيرن وارلدوايد في حلبا جميع الموردين للمشاركة في مناقصة حول عقد محدد المدة لتأمين تغطية طبية لحوالي 60 موظف. التغطية يجب ان تشمل العلاج داخل المستشفى، العيادات الخارجية (مع ضمان او دون ضمان)، الدواء و زيارات الطبيب. Closing date and time for submission of tenders All Tenders should be submitted no later than 31th of March 2015. الموعد النهائي ووقت تقديم المناقصات ينبغي تقديم جميع المناقصات في موعد أقصاه 31 آذار 2015. Submission of tenders Tenders should be submitted at the Jarjoura centre, 2nd floor, Halba main road, Akkar-Lebanon and addressed to Mr. Ahmad El Halaby. تقديم المناقصات يجب توجيه المناقصات إلى السيد أحمد الحلبي وتقديمها في مركز جرجورة، الطابق الثاني، حلبا الطريق الرئيسي، عكار، لبنان. Timetable for provision This invitation to bid is for the provision of medical coverage for staff for a minimum of one year starting the 1st of May 2015. الجدول الزمني للتقديم دعوة المناقصة هذه هي لتوفير تأمين صحي لمدة سنة على الاقل ابتداءا" من 1 أيار 2015. Language of offers All tenders should be received in English. لغة العروض يجب أن يتم استلام جميع المناقصات باللغة الإنجليزية. Period of validity of offers All bids must be valid for a minimum of Sixty days from the tender submission date. مدة صلاحية العروض يجب أن تكون جميع العروض صالحة لمدة لا تقل عن ستين يوماً من تاريخ تقديم المناقصة. Currency The currency in which all tender submissions should be received is US Dollars. العملة العملة التي يجب أن يتم استلام جميع المناقصات المقدمة بها هي الدولار الأمريكي. Content of tenders The bid shall offer a clear pricing of different age groups All additional offers should be clearly attached and listed. The offer should include all inclusions and exclusions clearly and detailed (preference will be given to coverage with no exclusions during the first period of coverage.) The bids should be submitted in sealed envelope . محتوى المناقصات يجب أن تقدم المناقصة تسعير واضح لجميع الاعمار. يجب أن ترفق جميع العروض الإضافية بشكل واضح. يجب ان يتضمن العرض جميع انواع التغطية والاستثناءات بشكل واضح و مفصل (الافضلية للتغطية من دون استثناءات خلال الفترة الاولى) يجب تقديم المناقصات في مظروف مختوم. Opening of tenders The opening of tenders will take place on the 1st of April 2015. فتح المناقصات سيتم فتح المناقصات يوم الاول من نيسان 2015. Evaluation of tenders Bids will be evaluated on price and coverage included. تقييم المناقصات سيتم تقييم العروض على السعر والتغطية Data protection Concern guarantees that all procurement activities are fully and transparently documented for internal or donor audit purposes. Concern guarantees confidentiality of the procurement process. حماية البيانات تضمن كونسيرن أن جميع أنشطة الشراء يتم توثيقها بشكل كامل وشفاف لأغراض التدقيق الداخلي أو تدقيق الجهات المانحة. كما تضمن كونسيرن سرية عملية الشراء.
