Request For Proposal For Internet Connection Services

The International Rescue Committee (the IRC) is a private international, nonsectarian, voluntary organization providing relief, protection and resettlement services for refugees and victims of oppression or violent conflict. With funding from various international donors the IRC supports Syrian refugees and host communities throughout Lebanon in the areas of protection, women’s empowerment, economic recovery and development and education. The IRC invites qualified companies to submit a proposal for providing Internet Connection Services. The RFP with detailed requirements can be collected from February 3, 2015 from IRC Offices, opening hours are 9:00 am - 4:00pm. In Beirut, address: located at 711, Alfred Naccache St., Azouri center, 8th floor, Ashrafiye. Contact person for RFP collection is Jamale Moheb. The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “IRC - Proposal Internet Connection Services" and hand delivered to the either addresses before 16:00 on February 13, 2015. No proposal will be accepted after this time.
