World Vision: Market Study For Clearing Agent/shipping Company

World Vision Lebanon is an International NGO working to create lasting changes in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty in Lebanon. We are looking to sign a one year agreement with a clearing agent/shipping company that will be responsible for all of the below tasks: -Tracking the shipment/or air freight (WVL will send the clearing agent all documents related to this shipment ahead of time: such as letter of Donation, detail list of sent items & their value…) -Informing WVL of the arrival of Shipment/ or air freight. -Finalizing & following up on all Administrative responsibilities & requirements. -In the case of a Medical container, clearing agent must coordinate with the Ministry of Health. -Clearing the shipment/ air freight and notifying WVL of the delivery date. -Delivering & emptying the container at WVL warehouse in Mansourieh Registered Agencies interested to be part of this market study are kindly requested to send their portfolio accompanied with a list of the companies & organizations’ name that they work with to the procurement department on the following address: LBN_procurement@wvi.org And for any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us on: + 961-4-401-980, 4-401981 Main office: Sinyora Building Montazah, Mansourieh el Metn, Lebanon
