World Vision Lebanon: Call For Tender – Request For Prefabricated House

World Vision Lebanon is an International NGO working to create lasting changes in the lives of children, families and communities living in poverty in Lebanon. We are in the process of enlarging our office by adding a prefabricated house. Interested suppliers are cordially invited to bid for the two attached BOQ Options (Wood or Steel). We will be choosing one of the 2 options. The Tender documents shall include all of the below, and shall be sent to our offices in Mansourieh (address mentioned below) not later than 27th of January 2014 at 11:00 am: Bidding company/ contractor should provide the below documents in a Sealed Envelope with the Tender Subject mentioned from outside: · The BOQ filled & stamped along with the drawings · Commercial Register (of the company) سجل تجاري · Execution plan · The amount of LBP 800,000 as a Bid bond for the submitting of Tender (Amount refundable to un-chosen bidders) A bank guarantee will be requested from the hired contractor.
