Dear Sir, World Vision Lebanon is seeking to conduct Kermes play in Akkar in 16 villages, below are the required details in case you are interested in applying to this Project: Number of Performances: Kermes in 16 villages in the first and second week of September , the events will be distributed on 4 or 6 days ( 2 villages or more in each event) Targeted number: 3000 Child Region: Tel Abbas, Tal meyen, Tel biri, Tel hmayra, Tel hayat, Sheikh zened, Arida, Aemekiyi, Massoudiyi, Hissa , Cheikh Aayach, Hekr dahiri , Tel indi, klayaat Duration: 2 villages or more in each event Period: first and second week of September 2013. Theme: Games for kermes,,,, (included inflatable games(2 slides, 2 obstacles or castles) and enjoy and educate all the event's participant (15 wooden games sheltered with three giant tents confession stands huge trampoline interactive inflatable games, Tarzan gym) electricity will be provided by Municipalities ties ·Supplier should provide the story, characters, costumes, sound system, songs, some decoration, materials for concession stands(popcorn, cotton candy,..)
