-Managing Sawa's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems -Coaching role with full time finance officers. -Manage outsourced functions -Arrange for equity and debt financing -Consult and manage the preparation of the Sawa's capital budget -Assist in the preparation of the Project Budget. -Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the organization. -Interpret the company's financial results to management and recommend improvement activities. -monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends 10. -analyzing change and advising accordingly 11. -developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk 12. -liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out 13. -producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines 14. -Responsible of preparing  the Annual Audit report of the organization . 15. -Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management
