Office Manager

This job position is in a company that is a member of Real Estate Syndicate of Lebanon.

We are looking for a candidate who can handle:

Accounting: Manage office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
•    Manage company finances 
•    Prepare invoices and receipts
•    Prepare the monthly payments report

HR: 
•    Handle the absent sheet of employees
•    Handle salaries, commissions and payroll
•    Search for new candidates for any job vacancies in the company
•    Organize date (excel sheets, word documents...)

Qualifications: We are looking for a FEMALE candidate who has/is:

• A Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
• 5+ years of hands on administrative support experience
• Preferably a Female for this position
• Proficiency in MS Office is a must
• Presentable
• Excellent communication skills – Excellent English written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize and strong problem solving skills
• Good research skills and attention to detail
