Vocational Training Coordinator - Bekaa

Duties and Responsibilities:   Participate in the staff recruitment of the project with the Area Manager / Program Manager and HR team Ensure recruitment of competitive trainers to fulfill the project needs. Supervise and monitor the performance of trainers working with youth, men and women to deliver language and computer classes. Develop and update the vocational training curriculums Establish and maintain a monthly and weekly work plan per activity/program and communicate the targets and objectives clearly to the team. Provide a monthly report to the Area manager/Program manager Establish and conduct meetings with local stockholders for the benefit of the program. Facilitate the M&E team visit and ensure that all data related to the project is documented, available and organized upon their request Ensure that student's attendance is documented on daily bases. Develop project procurement plan with the coordination of the procurement and logistics officer Ensure that all of the tasks related to the HR, Finance, and logistics are in line with B&Z policies and procedures; Maintain the proper filing and archiving of project activities. Ensure that the work plan meets the objectives, targets and timeline of the project through coordinating with Area Manager. Ensure that all the classes are scheduled according based on clear schedule and suitable timing in coordination with the Area/center manager. Measuring the target audience knowledge before and after providing the training course. Attracting and retaining new students, by using new and effective promotional methods.
