Trainer Of Agricultural Techniques Fruit Trees - Trainer In Agricultural Techniques Olive Trees

In close collaboration with project team, the trainer will execute training in Agricultural techniques; grafting and pruning with speciality in olive trees for 30 refugees and vulnerable Lebanese in Akkar. The trainings will be divided into 4 sessions, 2 sessions for each group of 15 men. The trainer will be responsible for the following tasks: - Develop the training curricula and materials - Provide ideas and inputs to make the training active and interesting to beneficiaries - Monitor and review the progress of beneficiaries through discussions and interactions - Provide training covering the following points: Grafting (generalities, types of grafting, techniques of grafting (theoretical and practical), As well, pruning (generalities, first year pruning,second and above years pruning, precautions during pruning, different types of pruning (theoretical and practical)
