We are searching for… A consultant to conduct a workshop on “How to use drama for social change” as part of a 10-month project that aims to promote women’s participation in politics through television drama by: 1) Strengthening the capacity of television professionals to produce gender sensitive programmes that promote women’s participation in politics.  2) Increasing belief of television audiences in women’s political leadership capacity Your contribution The roles and responsibilities include: - In consultation with Search and its partner, draft the agenda of the workshop which includes clear objectives and expectations of each session. - Deliver 2 to 3 days training on drama for social change for drama stakeholders - Ensuring that the workshops are progressing as planned and effectively managing group dynamics in a way that evokes creativity and participation. - Prepare evaluation forms, pre and post-tests, in coordination with Search’s monitoring and evaluation department.  - Submit a final report on the workshop pursuant to Search’s reporting requirements.
