Scope of work
Review the general M&E policy and procedures newly developed by RMF, provide feedback and improve where applicable;
Develop strategies and tools to implement this new policy across projects implemented by RMF and customize where needed based on donor’s requirements;
Develop proper tools to implement the M&E policy across projects and customize specific ones to meet donors indicators, where applicable;
Recommend M&E software to be used for implementation and ensure proper usage by the M&E staff;
Build the capacity of the M&E staff and other RMF staff on related M&E policy and procedures;
Develop PMP and standard indicators to be integrated in RMF new proposals submitted for potential funding;
Ensure proper data collection and submission of data in due time across projects;
Undertake specific reporting for the current projects implemented by RMF and ensure submission as per preset deadlines;
Report to RMF General Director on issues related to M&E.
Collaborate closely with Projects’ Managers to ensure proper implementation of M&E procedures across projects especially with regards to data collection.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Masters’ Degree in Social, Political Sciences or other related fields.
At least 5 years’ experience in M&E.
M&E and reporting experience with donor-funded programs.
Excellent writing and reporting skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in person, verbally and in writing.
Ability to work in the office and travel on-location.
Mastery of computerized tools, specifically M&E Software and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
