Social Wroker

Under the "Lebanon Water Project" funded by DAI-USAID, LebRelief is hiring social workers to sfulfill the below required tasks: 1- Be in charge of organizing the meetings ( Planning, group...) and mobilizing the community field. 2- Organise WASH Public service awarness sessions for the targeted beneficiaries. 3- Organise WASH Committees in the areas of implementation. 4- Organise WASH fairs and other activities related to the project. 5- Report everyday's activities, challenges and key findings. 6- Work with the field team to achieve the objectives of the project. Related Skills: 1- Experience in community mobilization in deprived rural committees. 2- Excellent organizational capacities. 3- Excellent social. iinterpersonal and problem solving skills. 4- Ability to work under pressure. 5- Reporting skills. 6- Initiative, Involvement and commitment. 7- Acting in a diplomatic way, representing non-religious, non-political and non-sectarian principles and respect for diversity and gender.
