Social Development Expert

In close collaboration with project team, the trainer will execute training for 30 Syrian refugees and Lebanese women within three cooperatives in Qobayat, Akkar el Atika and Fnaydeq - Akkar. The trainings will be divided into 10 sessions. The trainer will be responsible for the following tasks: - Conduct mobilization meetings, develop training curriculum and organise 40.5 hours of training to be delivered in 3 locations for 30 syrians and Lebanese refugee women on Human rights, values and Social principles, mediation and conflict resolution, strengthening personal and community resources and any other identified need - Support the group of women in identifying a common action that contributes to reducing social tensions and reinforcing cohesion between the two communities - Coach the implementation of the identified action (hours to be defined) - Provide a brief evaluation report along with materials and hand-outs used in the above mentioned training and coaching - Participate in the coordination meetings with the project team on a monthly basis - Provide technical support for the project team during project implementation
