Trainer in Agro - Food and Catering Techniques under a project entitled support for Vulnerable Lebanese and Refugee Women: Creating Economic Opportunities and Social transformation in the districts of Dreib, Joumeh, Kaytee - Region of Akkar - Lebanon.
Scope of work
In close collaboration with project team, the trainer will execute training in Agro-food processing and catering techniques for threee cooperatives in Qobayat, Akkar el Atika and Fnaydeq - Akkar targeting 100 women (50 Lebanese and 50 Syrian women). The trainings will be divided into 15 sessions, 5 sessions for each coopeartive. The trainer will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Develop the training curricula and materials
- Provide ideas and inputs to make the training active and interesting to beneficiaries
- Monitor and review the progress of beneficiaries through discussions and interactins
- Provide women training covering the following points: Jam, Pickles, juice, apple vinegars and Makdous production, as well as catering techniques of Lebanese food
