PROGRAM BACKGROUND
(Desk/hiring manager to provide programme overview)
As a member of the field compliance team, he/she will support the Director of Field Compliance to follow up with field compliance staff on their tasks and duties as highlighted in the responsibilities section.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function with or without reasonable accommodation.
Follow up on technical review notes during the monthly e-binder review.
Follow up on the timely submission of e-binders and monthly compliance reports.
Administer and manage the Field Compliance sub-folders on One Corps.
Follow up monthly on the CPE (Continuing Professional Education) tracker.
Follow up monthly on the HR matters related to the Field Compliance.
Take meeting minutes and upload them in relevant folder.
Conduct technical review of Compliance working papers including but not limited to cross-referencing, reviewing evidences, etc.
Consolidate risk ratings of country compliance reports into the global field compliance dashboard.
Administer field compliance requests.
Support the development of Ethics and Compliance awareness campaigns.
Assists in administering Compliance surveys.
Acts as a point guard for compliance meetings.
Maintain field compliance organogram, contact list, schedules, field compliance trips, etc.
Consolidate the Issues Log of all country programs and generates a quarterly trend analysis.
Assists in preparing and coordinating annual compliance workshops (venue, agenda, transportation etc.) and periodic trainings
Any other task assigned by the Global Director of Field Compliance and the Regional Compliance Coordinator.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of experience, preferably in a similar position.
Strong organizational, multitasking, time management and follow up skills.
Audit, Risk and/or Compliance experience (preferably with INGOs)
Solid experience with Excel, Word and Power Point.
Strong familiarity with the different types of instruments (Grants, Contracts, sub-awards, etc.)
A generalist with familiarity of various business controls (HR, Finance, Procurement, Logs, I.T, Program)
Familiarity with various donor rules and regulations is a plus.
Education: University degree, preferably in Business Administration and/or Audit.
Language Skills: English, Arabic and French with solid communication and writing skills.
