To follow-up on healthcare services provided to Lebanese and Syrians at PHC settings, including vaccination activities implemented by MOPH at PHC settings and UNHCR registration centers(Bekaa, TYR, and Tripoli, Beirut, Mount Lebanon) through field visits and outreach activities.
To determine the Utilization rate of PHC services by the displaced Syrians (DS) at PHC settings.
To help assess the rate of communicable diseases among the DS in the PHC centers
To help assess the rate of malnutrition among the DS children in the PHC centers
To assist in collecting the monthly report about maternal and neonatal mortality especially among Syrian women in parallel to the existing report (MNMNS)
To assist in collecting and analyzing data and generating reports based on the needs of the PHC at MoPH
