1- Direct project implementation
Minitor and Control project budget
Follow up on financial matters related to procurement in accordance with procurement manual of LRC
Determine and plan the costs of activities to be executed with the Project Coordinator
Receives requisitions approved by the Project Coordinator
Orders and monitors distribution of supplies for activities
Participates in the preparation and scheduling of the field visits
Follow up on the schedule of the drivers
Keeps records and files documents
Supports the Project Coordinator in HR administrative tasks
2- Reporting
Receives monthly financial documents from the Project Coordinator and Social Workers in the field
Prepares financial reports (final and progress) and submits them to MSD Financial Administrative Officer and Project Coordinator
Ensures that the project expenses are updated on a weekly basis and reports them to the Project Coordinator and when needed.
