Background: Fe-Male is a civil feminist collective working with women and girls to eliminate injustice through building a young feminist movement, empowering agents of change, and campaigning together against discriminatory norms and policies. In partnership with ABAAD, Fe-Male is currently looking for a “Toolkit Development Consultant” for a project aiming to ensure a better quality of life free from violence for women and children in Lebanon through contributing to improved protection, prevention, and service provision.
Major Responsibilities:
The consultant is expected to deliver the following tasks: Develop a gender-sensitive reporting toolkit; Prepare the toolkit methodology and approaches; Conduct desk research/ review for similar toolkits in related fields; Conduct focus groups in order to get feedback on the methodology approach and content; The consultant is expected to report to the project coordinator.
