Financial & Logistics Officer

Background Fe-Male is a civil feminist collective working with women and girls to eliminate injustice through building young feminist movement, empowering agents of change, and campaigning together against discriminatory norms and policies. In partnership with ABAAD, Fe-Male is currently looking for a “Financial & Logistics Officer” for a project aiming to ensure a better quality of life free from violence for women and children in Lebanon through contributing to improved protection, prevention and service provision.  Major Responsibilities: The consultant is expected to deliver the following tasks: Submit both financial and narrative reports on a monthly basis; Ensure submission of all cash related documentation; Implement the financial and administrative systems necessary for the execution of the project; Secure compliance with Financial Rules & Regulations, General Terms & Conditions, and Auditor's recommendations/observations in all financial matters; Responsible for development and implementation of the financial work plan; Analyze financial information and summarize financial status; Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures; Proper filling of all receipts, invoices, quotations and other financial documents; Ensure the supply of all material required for the execution of the activities.  Skills: Highly organized and attentive to details; Strong problem-solving skills; Diplomacy and dynamic personality; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Flexibility to take on new tasks; Good judgment, initiative, high sense of responsibility, organizational skills; Gender sensitive and familiarity with the human rights approach.  Work Experience: -  3 years of professional experience -  High level of computer literacy (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook) in particular experience in computerized accounting systems -  Knowledge of the payroll system -  Logistics skills
