Project coordinator
SCOPE OF THE SERVICE
The Project Coordinator will be reporting to the Executive Director.
The scope of the Project Coordinator position at Masar association is defined in the implementation of the following tasks:
- Coordinate projects related to national youth policy work;
- Prepare reports as per the guidelines provided by the Management;
- Monitor and evaluate projects as per agreed upon tools;
- Prepare press releases and summaries of projects’ activities;
- Undertake field visits to monitor projects' implementation;
- Attend projects’ meetings and taking minutes;
- Prepare logistics for workshops and other activities;
- Contribute to strategizing for project expansion;
- Represent the association in civil society events;
- Assist in administrative work when need be.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor degree in law, social sciences, humanities, or other relevant discipline;
- Minimum of one year of working experience with NGOs;
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English: writing and speaking;
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet browsing;
- Multi- task, and familiarity to work in diverse environment.
