Life Skills Officer

MAIN OBJECTIVE Plan and implement Life skills field activities Main RESPONSABILITIES ⁻     Supports the Vocational team in the outreach within the targeted area. ⁻     Contribute to the development/revision of materials already developed ⁻     Compile report on weekly and monthly basis as requested by project schedule ⁻     Prepare field reports ⁻     Prepare and file relevant documents. ⁻     Report weekly & monthly (or more often, if required) on activities and results. ⁻     Work with the innovation officer supporting the implementation of Youth Led Initiatives ⁻     Coordinate with the communication officer in order to properly document activities (Photos, small videos…) aligned with the donor’s requirements and communication guidelines. ⁻     Assist in conducting and preparing regular mapping of relevant services being provided. ⁻     Assist with planning work on weekly and monthly basis in accordance with work plan REPORTING TO Life Skills Coordinator and TVET Project Manager   STUDIES REQUIREMENTS - EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS A minimum of one year professional experience. Previous trainings, community projects, volunteer works are a plus. OTHER REQUIREMENTS ⁻      Languages:   Arabic: Excellent       English: Fluent     French: Fluent. ⁻      Excellent computer skills; knowledge of excel and other data entry progammes. ⁻      Flexible, collaborative & adapt to changes. ⁻      Team player. Results-driven, initiative-taker & eager to achieve success. Mission driven and passionate about creating an impact. ⁻      Strong organizational and team working skills. ⁻      Good communication and interpersonal skills ⁻      Good cultural awareness and sensitivity. ⁻      Strong documentation, research and report writing skills. ⁻      Knowledge of the NGO operations and the dynamics of the humanitarian sector.
