Logistics Archivist

MISSION Goal/purpose:   The Logistics Archivist assists the various services of Solidarités International on the archiving process of documentations. Also, She/he will support the logistic team in making the electronic archiving of the files that is listed by Logistic Manager.     POSITION List of main tasks:   Draft documents on demand and translate short texts if required Check all purchase files and fill in the “check list for purchase file” for all of them Check all logistics folders in accordance with Logistics manager training Check programs documentations in accordance with program manager training Edit packing list and waybills for all Zahle archives (program, admin and logistics) As pilot exercise: digital archiving of all purchase files   This list is not exhaustive and other tasks can be added daily if required.     ORG CHART POSITION (reporting and functional relationships) Line manager: Logistic Manager Line report(s) on base: - Functional manager: :-Logistic Manager Functional report(s):  -
