Fill-in intake questionnaires for the beneficiaries, keep case records, and document all calls received from victims of GBV and all actions taken as a follow up Coordinate with, refer and/or accompany the beneficiaries to medical and forensic doctors, lawyers, psychiatrists, psychotherapists and other frontline personnel when needed Help in coordinating JWF's activities.  Organize and follow up group activities for the beneficiaries such as group sessions, art therapy---  Coordinate and organize awareness raising sessions when requested Write progress reports on regular basis or when needed, plus coordinating with JWF’s project officer, field officer and oxfam
