Human Resources Internship

It is entirely free.   General responsibilities Under the guidance of the Human Resources Officer, the intern will have the opportunity to discover the following HR projects during this 3 months internship: Support in the recruitment process : Support the recruitment process : organize written tests and interview Support in monitoring the written tests Support the training strategy : Identify the training needs of each employee (based on the appraisals) Provide any administrative support needed for the trainings (venue booking, needed equipment and tools…) Follow up with each supervisor to ensure proper implementation of the training policy Participate in the Production of a training on HR for all the employees Support with Legal Obligations : Support the preparation of documentation related to NSSF and income Tax   Support in the daily HR management of the Zahle office : Follow up leave requests, work contracts amendments and phone recharges distribution Support the HR Officer in new employees induction Support in HR archiving and checking employees files documents General Support for the HR department:  Support and participate in any other HR activities as per the department needs Profile requirements Student in Human Resources (3rd year bachelor student or Master degree) Volunteering experience in humanitarian organization a plus Interested in discovering more about the humanitarian sector Experience in training a plus Sense of confidentiality Good communication skills (verbal and written) Good analytical skills Very organized Fluency in Arabic and English  Working Hours 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. 3 to 5 days per week depending on the intern’s availability (to be agreed before the start of the internship)
