Main duties of the trainer:
Teach knowledge and skills in accounting, record keeping, business communication, basic business, book keeping, customer service and marketing.
Develop lesson plans and organizes daily classes so that demonstration, instruction, and practice can be completed during the grant period.
Regularly assess student progress and works and adapt curriculum to best suit the needs and capabilities of the student body.
Prepare PowerPoint presentations, and display materials to enhance learning.
Maintain a record of student attendance and provide reports to project manager.
Evaluate each student's performance, knowledge, and skills in the respective course being taught; conduct regular assessments and prepare progress reports
Evaluate, select, and requisition books, instructional aids, equipment, and instructional supplies and maintains required inventory records.
Participate in curriculum and other developmental activities in order to oversee the program's progress.
Participate in team meetings to help improve learning quality for students and to support them with various activities.
Perform other duties as many, from time to time be assigned by the supervisor.
