Plan the English language curriculum per semester/year according to the students’ levels and advice which books should be used.
Conduct observation visits to the English language classes and provide monthly assessments to the Education Officer.
Have regularly scheduled meetings with the school’s Principal and Education Officer.
Monitor and assess the English language teachers.
Organize an English language File and keep it up to date.
Exchange ideas, worksheets, tests, etc.
Interview, coach and support current and new English teachers.
Monitor the exams’ and plan a follow-up program.
Be in contact with the school supervisor and social worker as regards students with special learning problems. Provide information that is required.
Participate in meetings, workshops, trainings, and seminars.
Design suitable assessment & reporting structures.
