Terms of Reference Rehabilitation of two school: Bab el Ramel Girls School – The North Wadi Al Jamous Mixed School - Akkar Phase 1: Tendering: -          To support WCH and Projects’ lead AVSI in the tendering of companies for the execution of Works in the selected schools. This will include: Participating in tender preparation and tender evaluation meetings Providing technical documents required to issue tenders; BOQs, work plans, methodology of work. The selection of companies for the execution of Works in the 2 schools mentioned above will serve as verification that the phase has been completed. Phase 2: Supervision and Monitoring -          Create a work- plan, signed off by WCH outlining the time-frame for the execution and completion of Works. -          Submission of a biweekly report outlining the progress of Works execution; challenges identified, next detailed steps and expected completion date. -          Take (at a minimum) weekly site visits to each school in order to monitor the progress of the Works. -          Establish quality control mechanisms for the execution of Works, including: site inspection, spot checks, construction Company document/personnel checks, materials checks. -          Completion of Works handover document signed off by WCH and the Projects lead AVSI, and the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE).
