Hospital Administrator Assistant (Admin Assistant) - (Resident Contract Only)

Hospital Administrator Assistant (Admin Assistant)   The Hospital Administrator Assistant (Admin Assistant) follows and reports monthly on ICRC RHUH budget. Assists Hospital Administrator with yearly ICRC RHUH budget. Performs various office duties and ensures follow up and updates of specific files independently. Main responsibilities Assist the ICRC Hospital Administrator in the daily running of the RHUH ICRC project. Performs administrative and office activities for the RHUH/ICRC management staff (hospital project manager, surgeon, head nurse). In charge of bills checking and reconciliation and follow up. Receives/distributes/sends mail and documents internally and externally (SD and DEL). Performs the monthly stock control, inventories, ordering of replenishment and distribution of all non-medical supplies under the supervision of the Hospital Administrator. Files administrative documents according to procedures and maintains electronic and hard copy filing system. Performs monthly stock control, inventories, ordering of replenishment and distribution of all NON-medical supplies. Provides the Hospital Administrator with monthly updated list of non-medical purchases. Assist the ICRC staff with technical support ( such as provision of Laptops, Mobile phones …) Liaises with Logistics regarding drivers, their movements from / to hospital and car distribution Participates in meetings and/or trainings as requested scheduled by the Hospital Administrator.   Profile University degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Business Management. 3-5 years’ work experience in similar function Very good knowledge of spoken and written English Excellent computer skills Good communication skills Good analytical skills
