Community Mobilizer

- Communicate the project, its objectives and activities to the community - Identify focal point and local communities to help in mainstreaming the project's objectives and activities  - Prepare and lead information sessions in local community - Direct contact with potential beneficiaries to identify their needs - Participates in social events to publicise the project, link youth to the project and participate actively to the Youth recruitment - Encourage and praise community members, confirming that they have the ability to develop themselves - Regularly report to the team  - Devleop strong linkage between beneficiaries and potential employers in the targeted areas that can help in their recruitments, teir professional exposure - Enhance local partnerships to support Youth integration with private compagnies - Assist the beneficiaries in leading a Business and generating income
