Training Center Manager

- Responsible for the effective overall management of the training center - Identify and develop with the Project manager a strategy for the training center - Work in close cooperation with the center team to ensure a proper implementation of activities - Hold regular team meetings - Develop with team members internal processes and procedures  - Assist the student cousellor and community mobilizer in leading the work plan - Establish strong relationships with beneficiaries - Coordinate student's registration and applications - Develop and coordinate the training sessions modules and set up programs materials prior to the session in close cooperation with the trainers and provide om-going technical assistance - Organise in close coordination with the trainers the calendar of sessions - Study the applications - Direct and guide the beneficiaries - Update the center database and keep a detailed record of center's beneficiaries - Propose new trainings programs and identify potential topics based on need assessment - Conduct in close coordination with the Project manager follow up studies on completed sessions, evaluate and measure results - Build strong relationships with community to enhance the number of beneficiaries - Supervise the work at the center and make recommendation for improvement, modifies sessions when needed - Participate in trainings events and conferences relevant to the areas of interest of the training center programmes - Follow up on a continuous basis donors funding trends - Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, local NGO's, agencies, foreign government for exploring new opportunities - Explore local, National, and International potential partners that support training center via various technical, funding and networking mechanisms
