Main Duties
Admin Tasks:
Update Procurement database
Update Suppliers Lists
Filing
Data entry
Maintain Vendors Files - data entry of responses to inquiries.
Suppliers Visits:
Process potential supplier’s pre-qualification information.
Visit Suppliers at their locations (Locations all over the country).
Check and report quality of services and goods.
Create supplier data base.
Conduct market assessment to expand the procurement database.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Fresh graduated in a field related to Business Administration Essential
Good written English, with good command with spoken Arabic and English
Good administrative skills including attention to details.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Essential Knowledge about Legal Issues: Contract Writing Desirable
Good knowledge of MS office (World, Excell, Power point... )
