Medical Coordinator

RESPONSIBLE TOWARDS OPS Manager RESPONSIBLE FOR LAMiNDA Medics   1. BASIC FUNCTION:   The jobholder will work as  Head Medic for LAMiNDA operations.   2. DUTIES PERFORMED:   Provide technical backup, from a medical perspective, for field activities, as required. Keep records of daily attendance of LAMINDA Medics. Enable the LAMINDA Medic’s to carrying out their duties in the manner devised in training, includes being correctly dressed at all times and that they have the appropriate equipment available. Responsible for maintaining the safety and welfare of LAMINDA staff and ensure that the medic’s are adequately equipped and briefed before starting work. Plan and carry out training and courses nessesary to update and and maintain the skills of the LAMiNDA medic’s and other staff. At all time stay updated of the LAMiNDA SOP and NMAS ensuring that LAMiNDA medic’s are certified in accordance with all applicable  requirements LMAC. Produce proper records and reports on all aspects of medical activities according to the demands of LAMiNDA OPS and LMAC. Plan and execute medevac exercises together with Medics and Site Supervisor. Attend compulsory training courses.    Report fit and on time for work   3. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Lebanese national. Arabic literate. 1 to 2 years previous experience in similar position. Mental and physical fitness. High degree of attention is required to secure the safety of on self, colleagues and  others. Courteous treatment of and assistance to all LAMiNDA staff and visitors. Able to work under stress. Good conduct.
