Obstacles to overcoming the cycle of violence include not knowing the Lebanese legal frameworks, cultural context, and geography. Although several efforts have been put in place to respond, evidence from the field continue to highlight large service delivery gaps. Still, although supply may be improved, there is also a negative demand side related to lack of information and social norms.
