The overall aim of that internship is to support the HR & Finance department in their administrative work whilst the candidate selected would gain experience in that department.
The main duties and responsibilities of the interns engaged in Finance and Administration Office, include, but are not limited to: Duties
• Filing time sheets, leave request forms, insurance, NSSF documents
• Assist the finance department in scanning, filing and day to day tasks
• Ensure that all staff personnel documents are filed as per the Checklist
• Assist in collecting documents related to insurance
• Any other task relevant to the work of the department
