DUTIES
Fill the transportation assessment for all children enrolled to see who's eligible to get the transportation activity
The assessment form will be an MIS tablet based. The enumerator will sit in the nearest assigned public school to his/her living area , from 12.30 PM till 6.00 PM, 5 days/week
The Enumerator should fill the data OBJECTIVELY as to reflect the real and actual situation of the beneficiary
The Enumerator will fill the data ONLY and NOT a decision maker for child's eligibility
Verifies systematically if all questions have been asked and that the answers filled are clear and legible
