Support the overall coordination and implementation of the end violence affecting children initiative in Beddawi camp.
In collaboration with the Area Office” or “Area office/Protection Department, facilitates coordination meetings at the area level and ensures coordination with the End Violence affecting Children Task Force in UNRWA LFO office in Beirut.
Map existing community-based structures and mechanisms in Beddawi camps and develop a community mobilization plan aiming at empowering and engaging with stakeholders on the end violence affecting children initiative in Beddawi camp.
Collaborate/consult with UNRWA departments, community members and external partners and to ensure coordination, coherence, and harmonization of community mobilization activities developed in the framework of the end violence affecting children initiative.
In collaboration with UNRWA programmes, organize community mobilization events and communication activities to ensure engagement and participation of key audiences.
Support the communications department in developing key messages and behavior change communication materials.
Document lessons learned and best practices related to implementation of the campaign
Ensure timely reporting on the activities implemented in the framework of the campaign, through existing and agreed mechanisms.
Perform such other functions as may be assigned.
