Position Title: Telephone Interviewer
Project: UNHCR Monitoring Refugee’s Access to Health Care in Lebanon
Type of Contract: Service Contract
Total number of working days: 7 working days
Total number of working hours per day: 7.5 hours
Dates: 31st August 2017 until 8 September 2017
Location of work: UNHCR office, Beirut/ Lebanon
Selection Criteria:
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Computer literate.
Previous experience of telephone interviews desirable but not essential.
Candidates will be recruited based on their application and interview which will include an English and Arabic language test.
University Students are encouraged to apply.
Tasks:
Conduct the telephone interviews based on a standardized interview questionnaire.
Enter the data directly to the database system during interviews.
Definition of the Final Product:
Accurately completed interviews entered on the database.
Duration of Engagement:The incumbent will be engaged for 7 working days (8.30 am – 4.30 pm). One of these days will be training on UNHCR systems and processes
